Privacy Policy

RankPilot Local collects account, business, Google Business Profile link, report recipient, and usage data only to provide audits, reports, task planning, and delivery workflows requested by the user.

If Google Business Profile API access is enabled in the future, users will be asked for Google OAuth permission before any profile, location, or review data is fetched. Users will be able to disconnect access through Google account permissions or the product integration controls.

Email and WhatsApp recipients are used only for report delivery and product notifications chosen by the user. We do not sell user data.

This policy will be updated before subscription billing or new integrations are enabled.
